Good atmosphere! The plague doctor guys are proper creepy. I'm not a big horror game player myself, so I only sampled it, but it looks pretty solid and from what I played, pretty challenging! I like the breathing sound effect in particular, sets the mood well.

Really fun play! Highly would recommend this to some friends ngl.
